Biographie :

Hakeem b est né d’un père Algérien et d’une mère Française. Il vit et travaille à Lille (France). Il est diplômé de l’Ecole Supérieure Nationale d’Art de Dijon dont une année à l’Ecole Supérieure Nationale d’Art de Nancy. Hakeem b est pour deux ans en résidence artistique au Studio Nationale d’Art Contemporain du Fresnoy à Tourcoing. Hakeem b travaille avec le médium vidéo sous toutes ses formes.
Ses thèmes sont politiques, existentiels aussi bien qu’esthétiques.

Biography

Hakeem b was born in 1977 from an Algerian father and a French mother. He lives and works in Lille (France).
He has just graduated from the Superior National Art School of Dijon and one year spent to the Superior National Art School of Nancy. Hakeem b works in this time to Le Fresnoy (National Studio of Contemporary Art). Hakeem b works with the videographic medium. His themas are politics, existentials and esthetics.
